The Don't Spike PlayStation Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Don't Spike LLC, 1446 N Detroit St, Los Angeles, CA 90046 ("Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 14, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
There are two ways to enter. Each individual entry, whether by purchase or free entry, is included in the same random drawing and has an equal chance of being selected.
Purchase entries: each pair purchased during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry, up to a maximum of forty-four (44) purchase entries per person and per email address. Free entries: limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period; additional free entries from the same person/email on the same day are void. Entries received before November 2, 2026 under the prior entry limit remain valid and count as one (1) entry each. Entries made by scripts, bots, or multiple identities are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) PlayStation 5 Pro console. Approximate retail value (ARV): $899.99. No cash or prize substitution or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any costs not listed here.
On or about December 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor will never ask for payment, banking details, or passwords to claim a prize.
Proceeds from merchandise sales support Don't Spike's work toward building the first prototype of its drink-spiking detection straw. Purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor's decisions are final.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, and its officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Sony Interactive Entertainment. Participants release these companies from all liability related to the Sweepstakes.
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at dontspike.com/privacy. By entering, you agree to receive emails from Don't Spike. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
These Official Rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
